Recently, news emerged of the escape of three dangerous prisoners from Patiala Central Jail. The escaped prisoner, Tino Kedi, was imprisoned on drug trafficking charges. All three prisoners are said to be from Amritsar.
After receiving information about the prisoner’s escape, the DIG of Prisons arrived at the scene. Patiala Police are conducting raids at various locations to find the escaped prisoner.

The escaped prisoner used a very clever method to escape from jail. He used a blanket to scale the prison walls. He tore the blanket and fashioned a long and strong rope, using which he escaped by scaling the high prison wall.
A search operation was launched to recapture the escaped suspect. Police are questioning people nearby. They are also checking CCTV footage. Police say they will apprehend the escaped suspect as soon as possible.
