Property Dealer in Ludhiana Commits Suicide by Jumping into a Canal, Reveals Secrets in a Video Before his Death

Recently, a 42-year-old property dealer in Ludhiana committed suicide by jumping into the Sirhind Canal from the Nilon Bridge. Before committing suicide, the property dealer had recorded a video in which he named the people responsible for his death.

The police deployed diving teams to search for the body. On Sunday, the businessman’s body was found in the Sirhind Canal near village Gurthli. The deceased property dealer was identified as Amit Kumar.

It is being said that Amit Kumar had left home for his shop after having lunch but he did not reach there. A short while later, two videos were sent to his elder brother’s WhatsApp from his mobile number, and the family was left devastated. The family learned of the incident at that time.

Vivek Agarwal, the deceased property dealer’s brother, explained that after his uncle’s death, his aunt’s son, Golu, and other parties, including his aunt’s son, Deepak Goyal, were constantly trying to take over their joint business.

The family reported that Amit had been under constant mental pressure for a long time. He was taunted daily, “What have you done?”, completely disregarding his hard work over the past 25-27 years.

Amit was deeply saddened by the mental stress and the inability to see tears in his elder brother’s eyes. For this reason, on May 15th, after eating, he went to the shop instead of going to the shop and before jumping into the canal, he made two videos and sent them on WhatsApp.
