A tragic incident has recently come to light from Abohar. The body of Gurshinder Singh (27), a private school teacher who went missing from Sri Muktsar Sahib three days ago, was found in the Panchkoshi Canal in Abohar. The family identified the body at the Abohar Hospital morgue on May 14th. The family had been searching for their son Gurshinder for three days.
Gurshinder Singh’s father is Sarabjit and he lives in Gali No. 2, DC Road, Sri Muktsar Sahib. The family arrived here after receiving information on social media about an unidentified body found in Abohar.

Gurshinder’s brother, Surendra, said that Gurshinder taught at a private school. He had left his teaching job on March 31st and was looking for a new job and was mentally disturbed.
Gurshinder’s brother, Surendra, further stated that Gurshinder left home on his bike at 6 pm on May 9th and did not return. His bike was found on the banks of the Muktsar Canal, after which the family began searching for him in the canals.

Two days ago, the body of an unknown young man was found in the Panchkoshi Canal. The body was wearing a blue T-shirt and a bracelet on his wrist. With the help of a social organization, the police deposited the body in the hospital morgue. The family identified the body.
Gamily is at a loss as to why Gurshinder committed suicide. Gurshinder did not have his mobile phone. Police are tracing the mobile’s location to determine who called him.
