The accused told the girl that he was preparing to go to the UK and was preparing his documents. He promised her that he would help her find a better job abroad. This led to the girl falling into his trap.
Following the girl’s complaint, the accused was arrested. The victim stated in her complaint that she had met the accused some time ago through social media. Initially, the accused tried to win her trust by portraying himself as an educated and professional person.

But all this turned out to be a lie. The girl stated that during their meeting, the accused forcibly r@ped her and also recorded a 25-minute video. After this, the accused tried to threaten and intimidate her by using the video as a weapon. He kept blackmailing her by repeatedly threatening to make the video viral on social media.
The girl could not do anything due to fear and the accused boy kept taking advantage of the girl’s helplessness. He would repeatedly call the girl to different hotels and every time he would threaten her by showing the video, due to which she was forced to have physical relations.
