Recently, news of a tragic accident has come from Sangrur, in which two young men died on the spot in a road accident in the Bhawanigarh area. A Mahindra pickup truck crossed the divider and collided with a trailer on the other side of the road. The deceased have been identified as Gurjant Singh and Sunny Singh, residents of Kakra village.
Both boys were milkmen. They were returning to the main road in a Mahindra pickup truck after collecting milk from a nearby village late at night. At that very moment, an unknown, speeding vehicle coming from behind hit their vehicle.

The impact was so severe and terrifying that the driver lost control of the vehicle, and the pickup truck crossed the divider and landed on the other side of the road. People present at the scene reported that the pickup collided with an oncoming trailer. The impact was so severe that both boys died on the spot.
The police were informed of the accident. Police arrived at the scene and sent both bodies to the hospital for postmortem. Police have filed a case against the driver and initiated an investigation. The accident has left the family and villagers in shock.
