Recently, sad news has come to light from Jalandhar, in which a girl was kidnapped and r@ped. Police have arrested three accused. The arrested accused have been identified as Karan Mehra (resident of Baldev Nagar), Jagjit Singh alias Jagga (resident of Goindwal Sahib), and Arjun (resident of Upkar Nagar).
Regarding this case, Police Station Incharge Sahil Chaudhary said that on April 28, information was received from the Civil Hospital that a girl had been kidnapped and r@ped in a car. After this, the police team reached the Civil Hospital and recorded the statement of the victim.
In the victim’s statement, there were five to six other people, including a man named Jagga. Jagjeet, along with his associates, forcibly took the victim into the car and r@ped her. After investigation, it came to light that Jagjeet Singh is the son of Ajit Singh, a resident of Goindwal.
Jagjeet has been arrested in this case. Karan and Arjun have also been arrested because these two accused had committed this crime in connivance with Jagjeet. The car used in the incident has also been seized. The search for the remaining accused is on.
