Recently, a news has come out from Fazilka in which a makeshift cart hit a scooter near Islamwala village on Malout Road. Both the girls injured in this accident were admitted to the government hospital of Fazilka for treatment, where one girl died and the other girl is undergoing treatment due to a broken leg. The boy driving the scooter survived. All three were going to drink juice.
A 13-year-old girl named Kajal is a resident of Islamwala and went to her friend Simran’s house on a scooter with her younger brother. From there, Kajal took her friend along and went to the village square to drink juice.

A vehicle coming from the other side hit her scooter, injuring both girls and Kajal’s younger brother falling on one side. The Road Safety Force took the injured to a hospital in Fazilka, where doctors declared Kajal dead.
Kajal was an 8th grade student and studied at the village government school. Kajal’s friend survived the accident, but her leg was broken in two places. She is undergoing treatment at the hospital. The police were informed of the accident. The police are investigating the matter.
