Shocking news has recently emerged from Amritsar, where a young man murdered his own mother in Tanel village, part of Amritsar’s Jandiala assembly constituency. Following this incident, fear and mourning gripped the entire area.
The incident was heartbreaking, and blood ties were torn apart. It’s being reported that the deceased woman’s husband was in the army and had passed away.
After the soldier’s death, there were frequent disputes in the family regarding compensation and financial gain. It’s being reported that the boy’s anger constantly provoked him against his mother, causing a tense atmosphere at home.

The family stated that the boy had called his mother home the previous day. The next day, at around 3 p.m., Karamveer stabbed his mother to death. When he was still not satisfied, he also stabbed her on the head, resulting in her death on the spot.
It is being reported that the doors of the house were closed at the time of the incident. The family alleges that this was all due to greed for money. The family says that a quarrel broke out in the family over the lakhs of rupees received after the death of the soldier father, which led the boy to murder his mother.
The family has demanded severe punishment for the accused. The mother’s dead body has been sent for a postmortem examination. The police are investigating the matter.
