Indiscriminate Firing on Youth Roaming in Bhoma Village in Batala, 2 Killed; One Injured

Recently, news of firing has emerged in Batala. It is being reported that firing took place late on Monday night, April 27th, in Bhoma village of Sri Hargobindpur area of ​​Batala. Two boys were killed and one was injured in the firing.

According to information, three youths from Bhoma village had gone out to the toilet. At that time, six unknown assailants arrived on two bikes and suddenly started firing. People present nearby heard the sound of firing.

Two boys, Kashmir Singh and Jugraj Singh, died on the spot in the firing, and another boy named Jugraj Singh was injured. Hearing the sound of firing, villagers reached there and informed the police.

Upon receiving information about the incident, SSP Mehtab Singh arrived at the scene. The team investigated the scene and interviewed local residents. Police believe this is a case of personal enmity.

Following the incident, police sealed off the area and began an investigation. CCTV footage from the village and surrounding areas has been examined to identify the attackers. Police are conducting raids everywhere to apprehend the accused.
