Recently, news emerged from Ludhiana, where a worker at a hosiery factory in the Jawand Vihar Sandhu Nagar area was beaten to death by his colleague with a stool.
The police have arrested the accused and launched an investigation. The deceased worker has been identified as Dharmendra, who had been working at the factory for the past 5-6 years.
Factory owner Umi Bhardwaj said he received a call from contractor Rahul around 2:30 a.m. Rahul informed him that a fight had broken out between the boys living in the factory and that Dharmendra’s condition was very serious.
Dharmendra was taken to the Civil Hospital for treatment. Doctors at the hospital declared him dead. Everyone is shocked to know that the one who killed Dharmendra is his nephew, whom Dharmendra had brought to work a month ago.

Factory owner Umi Bhardwaj told that there was a fight between the two at night, after which the nephew hit Dharmendra on the head with a stool, due to which he died. Factory owner Umi Bhardwaj told that around 6 people work there during the day and only these two used to stay in the factory at night.
Dharmendra has a wife and a 4 year old daughter, who live in Lucknow. Dharmendra’s wife is in deep shock following his death.
Police have arrived at the scene and are conducting their investigation. Footage from CCTV cameras installed outside the factory is being examined to determine if anyone else was with the accused.
