On April 22nd, police conducted a surprise raid on “Pizza Express” in Civil City and found a large quantity of drugs. The discovery of drugs at the pizza shop caused a stir in the surrounding area.
The special police operation began around 2 pm and continued until 8:30 pm. The police team surrounded the pizza shop from all sides and thoroughly searched the shop.
A sudden police raid on a food shop created panic among the shopkeepers nearby. People were shocked to learn that a shop selling food and beverages was also running a drug business.

The police had already received information that a drug business was being run under the guise of a pizza shop. Therefore, the police wasted no time and immediately planned a raid.
ACP Sarabjit Singh stated that based on confidential information, a raid was conducted on ‘Pizza Express’ in Civil City. During the search, 400 grams of heroin was recovered from the shop. The police have arrested the shop owner. The police team is conducting further investigation and raiding various places to arrest the remaining accused involved in this network.
