Massive Blast in Ludhiana Firecracker Factory—1 Dead, Army Rushes to Spot!

Recently, after an explosion at a firecracker factory near Jodha village in Ludhiana, 10 people died and 2 were injured. The injured were admitted to the Civil Hospital in Ludhiana. The incident occurred on March 31 at around 8:30 pm. After the blast, rescue teams and police reached the spot and the injured were taken to the hospital. The police have started investigating the matter.

It is being reported that after the explosion, some parts of the building collapsed and the building became dark. The rescue team faced some difficulty due to the darkness. Meanwhile, the PLO’s rescue team and the Army team also arrived at the scene. Army officers suspect that the blast in the building may have been caused by explosive chemicals present inside.

Mandeep, a senior doctor at the Civil Hospital, said that three people were taken to the hospital due to the explosion in the factory near Jodha, one of whom died, and the remaining two were seriously injured and are being treated.

Everyone is giving different accounts of the incident. An eyewitness said that a storm occurred in the evening, during which lightning flashed from the sky and the lights went out. Meanwhile, a cylinder exploded, causing the explosion. However, the administration claims the blast may have been caused by chemicals. The factory manufactures firecrackers, and large quantities of chemicals are present in the factory. Only after an administrative investigation will the real cause of the factory explosion be revealed.
