Went on a Trip with Friends… Punjab Youth Mandeep Dies Mysteriously in Manali!

Recently, an incident came to light in which a young man from Punjab died under suspicious circumstances in Manali, a tourist destination in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh.

The deceased Mandeep’s brother Amardeep Sharma has filed a case at Jamalpur police station against Rohit Verma, a resident of Friends Colony, Ramgarh, and Ajay Sharma, a resident of Shimla Colony, Kailash Nagar. On March 28, Mandeep Sharma and his two friends Ajay Sharma and Rohit Verma had gone to Manali for some work.

36-year-old Mandeep Sharma was a resident of Jashan City, GTB Nagar, Mundian Kalan, Ludhiana. Mandeep had gone to Manali with his friends. As soon as the news of his death reached his family and village, there was chaos.

Mandeep’s family has held his friends responsible for his death and has filed a complaint against them. Mandeep’s family told that Mandeep and his friends had gone to discuss the car loan and collect the outstanding amount.

Mandeep’s family had talked to him on Saturday afternoon. Till then everything was normal. But on Sunday there was no contact with Mandeep. When Mandeep’s family called his friends, they did not pick up the call. After several phone calls, Mandeep’s friends tried to mislead the family by claiming he was sleeping, when in reality, his condition was critical.

Investigation revealed that Mandeep had been involved in a car accident in Manali and had an altercation with an unknown person, during which Mandeep sustained serious injuries. Mandeep’s brother has alleged that despite his serious injuries, his friends did not take him to the hospital on time.

On Sunday evening, when Mandeep’s condition worsened, he was taken to a doctor in Mandi, who referred him to Ludhiana. Upon arrival at Fortis Hospital in Ludhiana, doctors declared him dead. The police are conducting a thorough investigation. The accused will soon be punished for his crime.
