Recently, news has surfaced about a theft in a government primary school. On Friday night, a man and a woman targeted the school for theft. The thieves entered the school located in the Dorangala police station area at around 12 in the night. They broke the lock of the school and stole two full fuel cylinders, mid-day meal items and utensils.

The theft incident was captured on the CCTV installed in the school. Headmistress Asha Rani said that thefts have happened in the school before as well but there are no security arrangements. Upon receiving news of the theft, Dorangala police arrived at the school and began an investigation.
The police used CCTV footage as a key tool in their investigation and began identifying the thieves based on it. Police stated that the investigation is ongoing and the accused will be arrested soon.
