Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema is the chairman of the sub-committee formed to resolve employee grievances. On Wednesday, Cheema held a meeting in his office on several issues. In this meeting, representatives of various employee unions from Punjab discussed their pending demands.
During this meeting, Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema met with the Meritorious School Teachers Union, Fire Brigade Contract Employees Union, Fire Brigade Outsource Employees Union, Adhyapak Insaf Committee, and the Forest Workers Union.

In the presence of senior officials from the concerned departments, Finance Minister Harpal Singh discussed their issues in detail and gave clear instructions to resolve the issues, stating that “all the legitimate demands of the unions should be addressed and resolved as soon as possible.”
