Recently, Davinder Nat, son of Bathinda Congress leader Sukhraj Nat, committed suicide. Before committing suicide, Davinder Nat recorded a 9-minute video and explained the reason for his suicide. In the video, Davinder Nat mentioned about financial transactions. He told that a Chandigarh-based builder and his four sons have been accused of fraud of Rs 4 crore.
Davinder Nat, son of Sukhraj Nat, who had contested the assembly elections from Maur Mandi, ended his life by shooting himself with his licensed pistol. Before committing suicide, Davinder made a video in which he told that a builder did not pay his money. Davinder was a lawyer by profession. His father has already died.
Davinder Natt said:
Despite repeated requests and intervention from senior leaders, the builder was not returning the money. In the video, he said, “I have been cheated badly.”
“I am not the son of a common man; my father contested elections. I have no regrets; I apologize to Sardar Sukhraj Singh, whose son I am, for not fulfilling his dream.”
